The challenge is set!

So it's a new year and in new year stylie I have a few new years resolutions...

First was to attempt spin class...which i did and loved it! Just need to get me some padded cycling shorts before attempting another class lol!

Second - to complete the 5k swimmathon in a better time than in 2010. I completed it in 2 hrs 20mins and I would like to be under 2 hours. So I submitted my entry on the 16th January and the swim is on the 28th April. Cant wait!!

Third - I wanted to attempt to run a 10k. Now this is a HUGE challenge as I dont like run and basically cant run to save my life! But I want to be fitter than I am and shift a bit more weight so I have signed up to do the Baker Hughes 10k with my sister! OMG!!! I neeeeeed to train!!!

So as you can see lots of fitness stuff this year. Hopefully I can complete it all and in decent times too!

Sorry people I have been awol for the last few months been totally neglecting this and focusing on the gym, holidays and generally just catching up with people!
